  • Speed Limit is 10mph and is strictly enforced. We love our guests too much to see anyone get hurt.
  • WI-Fi: Free! However, we cannot guarantee Wi-Fi accessibility.
  • Parking: Please park in your designated area or in overflow parking only.
  • Vehicle Repairs: We do not allow repairs to be made at your site. Including oil changes.
  • BBQ Grills: Please do not put them on the picnic tables, unless of course you would like to buy us new ones.
  • Awnings: We have high wind gusts here so don't leave your awning out while you are away. You might come home and find your awning is in Kansas.
  • Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in any building. If we see smoke we call 911.
  • Minors: Children age 16 and younger may not be left unattended at any time. We promote family time and hope you'll enjoy making fond memories here in our park. Bikes can be used in the park on the sidewalks only. Please do not ride through the spaces, vacant or not. It's hard for some coaches to see you and getting hurt would not be a very good memory.
  • RV Rinsing: No rig or vehicle washing or rinsing.
  • Sewer: As a courtesy to others, please use an airtight sewer connection.
  • Laundry: Laundry room is open 24 hours for your convenience.
  • Hibernation Time: Quiet time is 9pm - 8am. We play hard, we like to sleep.
  • Generators: The use of generators is permitted during power outages only. Be careful of surges. We are not responsible for damages due to power outages.
  • Firearms/Fireworks: Sorry, neither of these make for a fun park so they are prohibited.
  • Sites: Please check your site for your belongings before pulling away. We don't have room for lost and found, especially kids and pets.

Please follow these rules because we love this park
and we don't want them to make us leave.
CA LAW: Leash or Lose
  • ALL pets must be on a leash, not longer than 6ft. at all times.
  • ALL pets must have company at all times. They get sad and lonely without you.
  • ALL pets must refrain from entering buildings and recreation areas.
  • Excessive barking is not permitted. It disturbs the neighbors.
  • Small fencing is allowed at your site on the concrete only. Just remember, pets cannot be left unattended.
  • Poop = Scoop, including in the pet park.
  • Please do not trespass into the field behind the park or through occupied sites.
